Design a complete referral programme. No kidding 😇

1. Define what is the brag worthy thing about the product? Scan & share multiple docs with ease in less than 30 seconds

2**. Define what is your platform currency?** Organized docs(Ex - Rushi has Math notes and he created one doc and he is sharing it with his friends)

3**. Who will you ask for a referral?** Understand your happy flows :
To do - The 1st screen will be used as referral to get more initial set of users.

Sharing the doc link on WhatsApp with the user. The PDF can be viewed on Kaagaz App.

Use case - Rushi is sharing Ramayan central repository which can be viewed by downloading the app. The pdf will show preview for the user, if they want to see the whole pdf then they will download - Ramayan.

If they view on other apps there would be a watermark(Created using Kaagaz). The kaagaz app should not have a screenshot to avoid people misusing his notes.

To incentivise the referrer - On every successful sign up we can give Kaagaz app credit worth 25 to spend on signatures or watermarks in app. (This is intentionally created to get the micro payments and gradually monetise the user, Ex - Add custom watermark (Rs. 11))

5. How will users discover the referral programme?

It will prompt on the screen from the above logics. 

6. How will referees share the referral link/voucher code?

Unique shareable referral link is generated when the user signs up.

7. How will referees track referrals?

8. How will the referral invite look like to a non-user on WA/text/email?

9. How will they see referral landing page?

After clicking on the referral link, it will redirect to the play/app store.
